Congratulations to our Employee of the Month for the month of May, Julie Hill!
Julie is a Team Leader on a busy retail campaign and has been selected as Employee of the Month for embodying our company values of trust, courtesy and communication each and every day, and her passion and enthusiasm as a Team Leader, always striving to offer her team the utmost support. Her colleagues explain more:
“Julie’s help is always appreciated. I had been managing a case recently with a particularly upset and frustrated customer, and her support and guidance put me right back in control of the interactions. Julie also advised me to be courteous and keep the customer updated each and every step of the way, and I did. In the end, the customer was very pleased and thanked me for keeping them informed and being so transparent. Julie’s communication skills make her fantastic with teams and customers alike.”
Julie’s line manager continued: “Julie is a very well-liked member of the team and Customer Service Advisors thoroughly enjoy being in her team. She is open and honest with everyone and will make sure that she communicates well exactly what it is the team need to do to hit their quality scores and objectives, how to get there, and how she will support them along the way. Customer Service Advisors really gravitate towards her as she is welcoming and professional.
Julie is very receptive to all forms of constructive feedback and she pro-actively works on any aspects discussed, showing improvements almost instantly.
Julie has progressed from a Customer Service Advisor working from home to a new Team Leader who is trustworthy, reliable and confident, and truly a key member of the campaign’s management team.
