Craig is a Customer Service Advisor and Bank Trainer on a bustling retail campaign, whose professionalism, campaign knowledge, enthusiasm, and flexibility has been praised by many who have worked with him, as well as his aptitude for fully embracing The Contact Company’s values of Trust, Courtesy and Communication. Craig’s colleagues tell us more:
“Craig is one of the most trustworthy people I’ve ever met. I can always rely on him- he’s always there when we need him and he’s also very personable, building amazing rapport with his training groups. His learners always feel super comfortable asking any questions and being themselves in his groups. Craig also has amazing manners and is one of the most polite and courteous people in the training team, possibly even in the company!
Within the different projects I have been on with Craig, he has consistently demonstrated his fantastic communication skills on a daily, even hourly, basis. He ensures that his learners get the most information possible and that they understand it, with constant knowledge checks etc. This combined with his courtesy, general manner and trustworthiness is why he is so successful in his role. Craig embodies all of The Contact Company’s values and as a result learners finish their training feeling confident to do their job; feeling supported. Craig adapts so well, proactively offering to push back holidays with a flexible approach, consistently going above and beyond to help. I always know how lucky we are to have his involvement in a project, as I know we can count on him to do his absolute best, and I know the outcome will be brilliant too.”
“Craig is very keen and always wants to help and make a difference, with a calm and approachable manner. One of the best ways I can describe Craig is a safe pair of hands. He is always proactively looking to improve our training and he is extremely knowledgeable about our systems, always finding more efficient ways to do things in order to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
We recently received feedback from the client that The Contact Company’s training was the best quality they had worked with, and the standard that the learners went into ‘grad bay’ with was excellent. Craig also received positive direct feedback from the client, praising his adaptability.
