Head of Operations


Kevin has over 35 years of experience in the contact centre industry, spending 20 of these years managing and developing contact centres and shared services arenas.

Prior to joining the business, Kevin spent 30 years with one of the UK’s largest motor vehicle breakdown providers, where he carried out numerous roles; all of which focussed on developing people and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Kevin has also provided consultancy advice and direction to numerous businesses looking to explore a similar approach.

In his spare time, Kevin enjoys spending as much down-time as possible with his family. He also enjoys many sports, particularly mountain biking and running.
