Since joining The Contact Company in early 2013, Karen’s commitment to the delivery of training excellence has been instrumental in supporting the needs of the business.

Karen heads up a 25-strong Learning and Development Team and is an advocate for the positive effects of training and development on employee well-being and engagement and, ultimately, our clients’ customers.

Employee training and development is at the very heart of our business and Karen’s involvement is the key to introducing new talent management, coaching and personal development programmes.
