Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance
With over 20 years Contact Centre Management experience, Amir has responsibility for identifying and mitigating any and all business risks to ensure The Contact Company adheres to and complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Before joining The Contact Company in 2015, Amir worked offshore in International Banking, as well as working for in-house and outsourced call centre operations in various management positions.
Since joining the company, Amir has overseen the creation of the Audit, Risk and Compliance (ARC) department, and has guided the business through the advent of GDPR, working closely with our client base and supply chain to ensure we have the right framework in place. In addition to these responsibilities, Amir is also the Data Protection Officer for the business.
Outside of work, Amir is a qualified football and cricket coach.
