David Rodaway – Resource Planning and Finance Manager
Dave is responsible for all aspects of planning, finance and resource management within The Contact Company. Before arriving here Dave worked in a number of various roles within the construction and outsourcing industry giving him a wide variety of experience. As well as working closely with both clients and the Operations team to plan effective and productive staff allocation Dave also has responsibility for balancing the books. Dave works closely with all of our clients to help provide cost effective solutions which suit the needs of all parties and in some cases provides resource planning not only for The Contact Company’s staff but also our client’s.
"My role allows me to combine the needs of resource and financial management which are fundamental in the outsourcing arena. It is imperative that our staffing levels reflect the requirements of our clients but also links in with our own financial forecasts. Since joining The Contact Company I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenges the business has thrown at me and I am reveling at being able to use the skills I have developed."
When not in the office, Dave enjoys spending time on-line, plays golf and one day dreams of leading a progressive rock revival!
