Currently we have a varied range of services which we provide for our current clients. Our most high profile project is acting on behalf of an extremely popular reverse auction TV channel capturing data and processing their customers’ relevant information. As we are the first point of contact with our clients’ customers, we commit to meeting, and going above and beyond current industry benchmarks in order to provide the best customer service we possibly can.

We are also proud of the fact that we have recently made the acquisition of a new to the market all-in-one home moving financial service. Our highly trained agents do all the leg work by acting on behalf of people who don’t have the time or don’t want all the hassle that comes with moving home. Providing this service enables our telephone agents to create strong relationships with your customers, ultimately resulting in higher customer retention, thus a stronger market brand.

Due to strong links with NVQ Training & Consultancy Services Ltd, we were able to fill a void in their processes by providing a dedicated team of consultants to maintain their appointment making system, of which we have been highly successful.
