Catherine Miles - Project Manager

With over 18 years experience in the Outsourcing Industry (predominantly focusing on project implementation and Account Management) Catherine joined The Contact Company in 2008 with responsibility for Project Implementations and other business critical projects. Working closely with clients through the set-up of new campaigns and projects Catherine ensures that the programs are ready on time and within budget as well as making sure that any improvements are identified and implemented through this process.

Outside of work Catherine is kept busy with two very demanding dogs and enjoys cycling, travelling and attempting Amateur Photography.
