Winning the 2008 Win Awards Business Person of the Year indicates the impact Asif has had on the local and wider Business Community. Having been at the cutting edge of the call centre industry for the past twelve years, in roles ranging from Sales and Marketing director; Operations manager and Head of UK operations for some of the countries leading organisations, Asif is one of the business leaders in the field of outsourcing.

Having decided that all clients deserved an identical level of quality of service (something sometimes overlooked in the Outsourcing Industry) Asif joined forces with MD Juliet Rhodes to launch a new type of Customer Management Contact Centre.

‘From past experience we found that often the small to medium sized companies’ outsourced activities were let down and overlooked by gigantic oversized call centres. Staff were wheeled in and out on temporary contracts and the service was woefully apathetic. Our hands-on partnership approach means we adhere strictly to the needs of the client and no matter how big or how small the contract we consistently add value and deliver an incredible service.’

Having won the KPMG award for one of their top five leaders in the North West and the more recent Win Award Asif has demonstrated his commitment and entrepreneurial approach to business. Through these attributes along with his ability to inspire and motivate his team the company has witnessed unprecedented growth over the last 5 years with further substantial growth planned throughout 2011 and beyond.
