Alex Karolemeas – Head of IT
Alex along with his team is responsible for ensuring that our state-of-the-art IT systems and telephony infrastructure are always working to their full potential. ‘The Contact Company has invested over £4 million in the last four years in our Telephony and IT Infrastructure and so Alex’s teams role is critical because technology has such an important effect on our ability to meet and exceed our customers´ requirements.’
Since graduating in Electronic Engineering at The University of Sheffield, Alex has worked in a variety of IT based roles including Data Analytics, IT Support, and IT Management that have all contributed to over 6 years of Industry experience.
Alex is a qualified Microsoft Engineer, and with an eye on constant personal and corporate improvement, is always thinking outside the box looking for improvements to The Contact Company’s technology, ensuring that the business is ready for the future and able to provide cutting edge solutions to our clients.

When not ensuring the smooth running of The Contact Company’s IT Infrastructure Alex closely follows Motorsport ranging from F1 to Moto GP and likes to partake in the occasional track day!
